Audit Trail

Every gate verdict, append-only. Each row records what was checked against what, at which SHAs - plus the governing policy version when one was in force - and because the engine is deterministic, every verdict is replayable evidence: re-run the engine against the recorded SHAs and you get the same answer. The free Action prints a pass/fail into a CI log that rotates away. This is the durable, queryable, exportable, tamper-evident ledger that keeps every verdict - and lets you replay it.
