Branch Compatibility Matrix
Every active branch against every other, from the newest scan. A cell is green only when that pair was actually compared and came back clean.

How to read this. CLEAR means the scan compared that
pair and found nothing. CONFLICT means it compared them and found at least
one incompatibility - click the cell for the finding. UNKNOWN means the pair
was not compared, or the scan could not prove it was: an unscanned pair is never drawn as
clean. Branch attribution comes from the same multi-signal resolver as the rest of the
product; low-confidence attribution is shown dimmed and unasserted, and a branch whose
signals disagree is marked. Stored telemetry keeps pair counts but not the pair
list, so a matrix built from history proves conflicts and usually cannot prove
the clean cells - when that happens the whole grid reads UNKNOWN and says why.
